स्तर 1 परीक्षा: वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की परीक्षा।
स्तर 2 परीक्षा: वर्णनात्मक प्रकार की परीक्षा।
पैनलबद्धता मानदंड: केवल स्तर 2 परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक।
लेवल 1 परीक्षा केवल उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट करने के लिए योग्यता परीक्षा / स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट होगी
