Educations –
| (i) आई.एम.ए. और अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण अकादमी, चेन्नई – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त की डिग्री विश्वविद्यालय या इसके समकक्ष। (ii) भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी के लिए – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त से इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान (iii) वायु सेना अकादमी के लिए – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय की डिग्री (भौतिकी और गणित 10 + 2 स्तर पर) या बैचलर ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग। |
Age Limit –
| (i) IMA के लिए- अविवाहित पुरुष उम्मीदवार जिनका जन्म 2 से पहले नहीं हुआ हो और जनवरी 2000 और 1 के बाद नहीं सेंट जनवरी 2005 केवल पात्र हैं। (ii) भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी के लिए – अविवाहित पुरुष उम्मीदवार जिनका जन्म पहले नहीं हुआ हो 2 जनवरी 2000 और 1 से बाद में नहीं सेंट जनवरी 2005 केवल पात्र हैं। (iii) वायु सेना अकादमी के लिए- 1 के अनुसार 20 से 24 वर्ष पहली जनवरी, 2024 यानी 2 जनवरी 2000 से पहले पैदा नहीं हुआ हो और 1 जनवरी, 2004 के बाद नहीं (वैध रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा और DGCA (भारत) द्वारा जारी वर्तमान वाणिज्यिक पायलट लाइसेंस में 26 वर्ष तक की छूट दी गई है। |

| General Knowledge | General Knowledge including knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. The paper will also include questions on History of India and Geography of a nature which candidate should be able to answer without special study. |

| Intelligence And Personality Test | Selection process – stage I and stage II. Only those candidates who clear the stage I are permitted to appear for stage II. The details are:- (a) Stage I comprises of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests are Picture Perception* Description Test (PP&DT). The candidates will be shortlisted based on combination of performance in OIR Test and PP&DT. (b) Stage II Comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. These tests are conducted over 4 days. The details of these tests are given on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. The personality of a candidate is assessed by three different assessors viz. The Interviewing Officer (IO), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and the Psychologist. There are no separate weightage for each test. The marks are allotted by assessors only after taking into consideration the performance of the candidate holistically in all the test. In addition, marks for Conference are also allotted based on the initial performance of the Candidate in the three techniques and decision of the Board. All these have equal weightage. |
